Fix “Microsoft can not be started” Problem in Outlook 2010

At first click on Start and Go the “Control Panel” and change “View By” to the “Large Icon”. Then Select Mail Option

Now Click on “Date Files”

Next, you need to click on Data Files option you are using and select “Open File Location”.

You need to right click on data files and click on “Properties” option

Lastly, uncheck the “Read Only” box and click on “OK” button

Using the aforementioned steps, you will be able to solve “Microsoft can not be started” in Outlook 2010 or 2013 issue. Now, you can open this application without any problem.
